Monica
Registered Dental Hygienist
I have been in the dental field for twenty-five years, and a proud member of team Arndt for sixteen years. Before graduating from the Dental Hygiene Program at Lake Washington College in 2000, I worked as a dental assistant for five years. It is my goal to provide each patient with the information and tools needed for a healthy mouth and overall wellness. I take pride in helping my patients achieve a confident smile.
I was born and raised in Seattle. My husband and I were married in 1995 and in 2003 I gave birth to twins, who keep us very busy. I will drive hours to find the next great hike. When I am not hiking, I enjoy cooking, playing board games, and watching my kids play basketball and soccer.

Registered Dental Hygienist
My love for the dental field started in 2014 when I graduated from dental assisting school. After 3 years of working as an assistant, I thought it was time for me to go back to school again in order to become a hygienist. I worked throughout my prerequisite classes and all of hygiene school as an assistant, and graduated from Lake Washington Institute of Technology in 2020. I met Dr. Arndt around that time and have been working here since July of 2020. He saw my potential and hired me to start out as a sterile tech while I completed my board exams and waited for my dental hygiene license to be active. I have loved working here with my coworkers the past several years and have really enjoyed getting to work with our new dentist, Dr. Blancaflor! I appreciate the work that has gone into making this practice such a great place not only for us to work, but a great dental home for our patients. My favorite part about this job is getting to know my patients and making them feel comfortable and safe in the dental chair.
If you're one of my patients I’m sure you know all about me! But for those of you who don’t, I grew up in the Issaquah area and have lived in WA my whole life. I moved to Queen Anne when I first started with the practice and it’s my absolute favorite Seattle neighborhood! I now live in Lake City area with my fiance, his son, and our two weenie dogs. In my free time I love to walk with my dogs, do yoga, hike, travel, catch up on reality show, and spend time with my friends and family.

Leticia
Registered Dental Assistant
I have worked with Dr. Arndt for over 20 years, assisting him and our hygienists with all aspects of patient care. I make sure to listen to each patient’s needs and help them to feel as comfortable as possible. Our team works really well together because we all want our patients to leave the office with great oral health and a beautiful smile to show for it!
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my two children and our dog, going to movies, and bike riding.

Front Office
I started working with Dr. Arndt in 2008, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and making financial arrangements. Our office has a fun, family centered atmosphere, and we love the community we serve. Dr. Arndt has a genuine interest in each of his patients and treats everyone like he would his own family.
When I have free time, I enjoy hiking and photography.

Front Office
I first became a patient of Queen Anne Dentistry in 2010 when my family moved to the neighborhood from California. 10 years later, I became an employee! I am a Ballard High School graduate, then got my bachelors degree in Communications and Feminist Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara. I started working up front helping with scheduling, billing, and insurance in the spring of 2021, and I have really enjoyed being able to get to know and serve my community on a more personal level.
When I’m not up front you can most likely find me trying new restaurants, cooking, or walking my dog, Tubesock, around the Queen Anne loop.

Front Office
I began working with Queen Anne Dentistry in 2022 and have enjoyed helping make a difference in people’s lives. At the front desk I always look forward welcoming patients to the office, taking care of billing and managing the schedule. The team is full of skilled practitioners who provide amazing oral hygiene while ensuring our patients are the center of our focus.
In my free time my husband and I enjoy traveling, though while around town you will typically find me gardening behind the office, bowling and taking long walks while thinking deep thoughts.
